Mark McTigue

Senior Advisor

Mark is an advisor who has more than 25 years of advisory, business development, consulting, and financial services experience.

Mark is concurrently part of the Transaction Risk Practice at Marsh specialized in financial products, debt/equity issues, tax credits and other tax attributes, M&A tax issues, real estate tax issues, US trade or business, and non-US tax issues. Prior to Marsh, Mark held positions at Deloitte, Merrill Lynch, Structured Capital Solutions, National Australia Bank, and Ernst & Young.

 Mark received his M.B.A. in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University and his B.S. in accounting from the State University of New York at Albany. Mark is also a CPA in the State of New York.
