Jules Wurlod

Managing Director

Jules Wurlod is a Managing Director at IAGC with over 15 years of experience across M&A, management consulting, sustainability, and environmental economics, with a particular focus on the intersection of sustainability and value creation.

Prior to joining IAGC, Jules was a Director at Houlihan Lokey since 2020, where he advised companies, founders, sponsors, and investors on M&A, sustainability, ESG, and circular business models. His core industry focus was circular hardware services — DaaS, ITAM, ITAD, recommerce, and trade-in — where he advised the leading companies in the space to identify opportunities to strengthen business models, improve operational performance, and enhance strategic and transaction value.

Earlier in his career, Jules was a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group, where he advised Fortune 500 companies and government leaders across Europe and the Middle East on corporate strategy, sustainability, industrial policy, and consumer goods.

Jules began his career in academia and has published in leading peer-reviewed journals on environmental economics, energy, innovation, and consumer behavior. He holds a PhD in Environmental Economics and an M.Sc. in International Economics from the Geneva Graduate Institute, and a B.Sc. in Business Economics from HEC Lausanne.
