Senior Associate

Chris is a Senior Associate based in our London office with over 7 years of technology M&A and corporate finance experience. Chris joined IAGC in 2021 and has specialized in Software. Chris began his career at PwC in London where he worked on a range of IPOs, public M&A, refinancing and debt offerings. He then spent time at Eight Advisory UK advising large cap technology companies (equity raises, IPOs, debt offerings) before joining the team.

Chris received his B.S. in Economics and his Master’s in International Banking and Finance from Cardiff University.
