NCC Group announces the sale of Fox Crypto

NCC Group has announced the sale of Fox Crypto, a leading provider of high assurance cryptographic security products, to CR Group Nordic AB, a European security company focused on digital solutions for the protection of classified information.

IA Global Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor to NCC Group. This represents IAGC’s second successful cyber security transaction for NCC Group this year.
