Experienced M&A and growth equity advisor brings deep expertise across digital platform business models, fintech and payments to IA Global Capital

NEW YORK – October 26, 2026 – IA Global Capital (“IAGC”), a New York and London-based, technology-focused investment bank, is pleased to announce that Constantine Manos has joined the firm as Managing Director.

Over the last two decades, Constantine has supported companies, founders and investors across Europe on M&A and growth equity transactions as well as providing strategic financial advice. His core industry focus areas are digital platforms, fintech and payments where he has advised leading companies in those sectors on opportunities to differentiate their business models and enhance strategic value.

Prior to joining IAGC, Constantine served as Managing Director with Macquarie Capital, a firm he joined in 2016. Earlier in his career, Constantine spent ten years with Credit Suisse, where he advised large enterprises, governments and financial sponsors on transactions in the UK and across Europe.
