Francisco Partners Acquires EfficientIP

EfficientIP has today announced it has been acquired by Francisco Partners.

EfficientIP, headquartered in Paris, provides DDI, DNS security and network automation software solutions, helping organisations simplify, secure and automate critical network infrastructure across hybrid, multi-cloud and AI-enabled environments. The company serves more than 1,500 customers globally across sectors including financial services, telecommunications, energy, retail, education and the public sector.

Francisco Partners, a global investment firm specialising in technology and technology-enabled businesses, will support EfficientIP’s next phase of growth, including continued product innovation, international expansion and further investment in customer success and go-to-market capabilities.
