ATSG announces expansion with acquisition of Highstreet Network Solutions

ATSG, a tech-enabled managed services and solutions company, today announced its asset acquisition of HighStreet Network Solutions (HNS), the managed services  and infrastructure engineering  division of HighStreet IT. With clear synergies to ATSG’s existing rediManage and rediTech operations, the acquisition provides ATSG with both local and global expansion, inclusive of additional large-scale delivery centers in both the NY Tristate and offshore, significant commercial presence in the Long Island marketplace and further deepens a long-standing operating history within the Cisco Partner Ecosystem.
