John has over 25 years of experience developing and executing growth strategies across software and services industries. John has executed over 50 strategic transactions in multiple countries, representing over $13.5 billion in value.

Previously, John was the Head of Corporate Development at Cognizant for 16 years where he led all aspects of Cognizant’s global corporate development program, including strategy, governance, valuation, financial modeling, transaction structuring, equity investments, alliances, diligence, execution, negotiation, and post-merger integration.

John received his M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his A.B. in Economics from Duke University.
